The rules
Four rules, no exceptions.
1. Untouched for a year? Listed.No exceptions for "but it was expensive." Expensive and unused is the worst category, not a protected one.
2. Price to move.Sold listings, not asking prices, and near the low end. Selling this week beats waiting three months.
3. Every sale goes to debt.Same day. Straight to the smallest balance, so the snowball keeps rolling.
